If you go to one demonstration and then go home, that’s something, but the people in power can live with that. What they can’t live with is sustained pressure that keeps building, organisations that keep doing things, people that keep learning lessons from the last time and doing it better the next time.

My World of Warcraft life over the past 6 years

i started out as an WoW noob about 5 years ago when i was in 8th grade,mostly becuase i liked how WoW looked and it seemed cool and because i had like 10 friends also playing it on my schoool. i started first on the server frostmane but my friends moved to another server right after i started on frostmane, so i only got to about level 12 on my character there. the new server was a PVP server named Dragonmaw, on horde side ofcourse, because we all thought that alliance sucked

i made my character named Qrhaque,and undead warrior  with an attitude ,i started playing WoW almost right after it released, maybe i started about 3-4 months after the release, so it was back then classic WoW and the highest level you could reach was level 60. i quickly got my warrior up to level 60 and joined the hardcore PvP guild AFKhaos and started doing PvP (player vs player), and as i wrote yesterday i mostly listened to In Flames when doing PvP but nightwish also goes good with PvP.

after playing WoW for about 6 months my warrior was close to full tier 2 and well known in PvP. when the new Expansion came out, giving the players The Burning Crusade wich brought a new World called Outland into play and level 70 as the top level and bringing 2 new races, Draenei for alliance and Blood elf for horde ( allowing horde to finaly get paladins) my friends and i then planned to Migrate back to the server Frostmane, the day had come and they all migrated at the same time, it usaly cost 20 euro to change server but it was an Free character migration to frostmane so we took advantage of that. after they had all transfered it was my turn, but i was banned some days earlier for insulting someone ( he insulted me and made fun of me on world chat, so i insulted him back and about 50 people reported me) bad luck you could say, i was banned for 1 week and therefore i missed out on the migration….so there i was, stuck on dragonmaw alone with none of my real life friends with me, but i had 2 people from netherland still with me

those are the guys i have been playing with for the longest, i first met Handigeharry (richard from netherland he is 19 now)some days after i started with playing WoW, so i had known him for some months, and then i met tealco (forgot his name but he is in his 30′s) about 2 months after i started WoW. tealco is and always have been a very good farmer, he always have alot of gold on him hehe. Handigeharry was my best friend on WoW we did stuff together like every day, we levled up together and we PvP’d together.

when we were all level 70, handigeharry got hacked and those hackers stole his account and MSN adress so he couldent get his account back…he had to buy a new account, so he came back as an level 1 paladin called Hotseput, i helped him out with gold and gear.i was then in one of the best PvE(player vs enviroment) guilds in Europe at level 60 and level 70 day’s, the guilds was called Evocati, Entropy and manitou.  so i did alot of PvE and raidet almost everyday for new gear and items,it was very early in the new expansion TBC so my warrior was only full t5, but one day i got hacked aswell… i lost everything, blizzard gave me nothing back, because they used to long time to contact me and retrive my accout that my items was allready deleted in database, blizzard ignored me for 4 months..so it was no way they could ever trace my items back to me.

i then quit playing my warrior, and then started on a undead priest named Tealcoo(yes named after my friend tealco, he was also a priest) i joined back up with Manitou wich was my guild at the moment, i got my priest up to 70 and they let me join very hard raid’s to gear me up so my priest went from having very bad gear and items to full tier 4 and abit tier 5 over the night,but then manitou broke up, because they were merging with another guild, and the guild leader in the other guild didnt invite me to the new. i was guildless a few days before i found my way into Echoes in Eternity, a newly formed guild wich i became the guild master in, i knew  all the tactics for all the bosses and raids in TBC, so we quicly cleared a few instances (a dungeon with many bosses wich drop very good gear and items) .

after a few weeks, my officers were unhappy with some members in the guild, so they ended with ruining the guild by kicking alot of players and robbing the guild bank etc etc, so Echoes in Eternity was done doomed to fail. but i sticked by it, and so did many of my friends in the guild aswell as Hotseput(handigeharry). so it was a few months with nothing to other than do PvP and farming gold and levling up Alt’s(alternative characters) or Twinks( low level characters that is so well geared and improvet that they have become OVERPOWERED).

i then made my blood  elf paladin named Plummer ( the name i got from an actor named plummer). while leveling my paladin, the new expansion pack got released, The Wrath Of The Lich King or WOTLK as we called it. it brought us a new World called Northrend and increasin the level cap to 80, i then went back to my long forgotten warrior and got him up to level 74 before getting bored, and went back to my priest and levled him to 80 in a few days. and i started raiding again with my priest, joining the guild Entropy wich i were in almost 1 year earlier. and by that time i had just recently started on this folk highschool (dont know what else to call it, since it only exist in scandinavia) it could look like a private school, without the scary teacher and the homework, becuase we live on the school and interact with people everyday. i was abit shy and homesick the first few days, but i quickly made new friends and most of them also played WoW and some started  that year :p

we ocupied the computer room like everyday, playing WoW after class until closing time at 23.00,but continued sometimes back in my room and played very long into the night. me and another friend wich i also played WoW with also saw movies almost everyday, mostly all evening and sometimes until the morning so sometimes we had like 15 minutes of sleep then we attendet school. so i had alot of absence and such hehe. anyway i choosed to attendt to this school for 1 more yar, because the first year changed my life drasticly in a good way. i become a better person thats what i think myself and i love it there, so why not go another year?

i got accept to another year at the same school, and so did my movie and WoW friend also like 15 other also choosed another year, so when the new year would start i allready would know someone there.  i was still playing WoW but i had becoming to to get bored and tired of it, so i was not so active anymore on WoW, i only played allitle bit in the summer vacation. so 1 week before the new school year started, i got hacked badly! just the same that happened to my friend handigeharry, they stole my MSN adress Wanted_*****@hotmail.com wich i had for 7 years, and then stole my WoW account. when losing my 7 yeard old MSN adress i then lost ALOT of childhood friends, grade 1-10 and my 2 years at high school.

i had to make a new MSN adress, so therefore i lost alot of friends becuse who remembers the hotmail adress of 300 friends? so that made a big hole in me..not a good way to start the second year at my favourite school. but about my WoW account i didnt really care so much , if i could choose i would rather get my MSN adress back. but lucky i had Facebook, so i still had some childhood friends there but still alot have been gone

about my WoW account it took me 2 months to gather the will to even contact blizzard about getting my WoW account back,i got all gear back on my priest but all other characters was naked. after getting my gear back on priest, wich was by that time full t7 and some t9, tier 10 is the best gear to get at the moment, so im not that bad. after getting my Account back i thought about selling my WoW account, i went to a site that buys WoW accounts, and they offered 647$ for the account. so i was going to sell my account to them, but after not hearing from the for a while, i gave that up… in one of the vacations my sister (wich also play WoW, becuase i made her start 2 years ago) made me play alittle wow in the vacation, so i got little into it again. maybe she made me start WoW becuase i made her start :p

so that 1 week i managed to farm up to 32.000 Gold on my paladin wich is now level 72, i played some days in the vacation, and after i came back i only played the 2 first days then i was rarely on,because when playing WoW on my laptop it is lagging alot sometimes, so the joy is gone then, one of the reasons why WoW become boring and dull. my WoW gametime also ran out a few days ago on the 6th, so currently i am a Gamemaster on a high ranked private server, it is free to play and i think its much more fun that normal WoW.

Private servers is Warcraft servers created by other people and it is free to play and on some servers you can choose to donate for gear that is supperior to the other’s. and they also Host events, like climbing events and mazes etc.,on climbing events you try to reach the top without falling or else you must start all over again, and if you reach the end/top you get a reward same with all the other events like hide and seek, if you find the Gamemaster or player that is hiding you get a reward.

Gamemasters like in normal WoW is making sure that players stick by the rules and dont use bots or hacking programs etc. i am helping other players and solving their problems, and i ban those who  act like assholes and break the rules,but toher than that being a gamemaster is awesome! we have many GM commands, like we can modify level and skills and even modify speed and fly. we can basicly do whatever we want, without breaking the rules tho the last time i played on the private server was 2 days ago, i might play allitle today if i get time.

so this is a (SHORT) summary about my WoW life and the last 6 years of my life, if i could have gone back in time before i started WoW im not sure if i would have started, becuase Warcraft have changed my life alot. in 8th grade before i started WoW i was a good student and person, i was healthy i wass fit and i was working out 4-5 times a week, and was sosial with friends all the time. i was one of the fastest runners in the class and i could easly do 40 pullups with my thin body at 45 KG, but after the first 3 years of WoW at the end of 10th grade, my grades was very low and i gave up school at 9th grade, and i had gained 30 KG’s and i wasnt so fast anymore, i was laying in bed like 10 hours a day, often much longer, so therefor my legs got weak and  so did i , now i have problems running for long distances … and my back isnt doing so good, to be honest.. i have been better!

i also used MUCH MUCH money i get easly addicted to online games, and i bought alot of gold on WoW aswell as buying bonus stuff on other small online games played on internett. so the first 3 years i estimate i used about 40-50.000 kroners ( about 8000-10000 $) on that. so my gaming isnt all joy and fun, it have taking alot of time and ALOT of problems and ALOT of money. World of Warcraft is VERY hard to quit if you first got addicted to it, i have tried many times, longest i survived without WoW was 5 months. but i always return, i just hope that whoever is thinking about starting WoW, that if you get easly taken by games, DONT START!  it have ruined so much for me and crushed many dreams. i always felt like i could quit whenever i wanted as easly as that, but its harder than most people think!

so give it some thought if you stick long enough to read my entire post.

Disconnected By In Flames

i am posting this In Flames song. because it is my favourite band forever i been listening to In Flames for ages like 14 years or something haha. over those years i have been witness of seeing In Flames becoming a great and big time band. when i saw them the first time they were only known in the scandinavian area, but now they are known worldwide! and most of their songs have milions of views on youtube. they have changed music style many times over these years, but a TRUE In Flames fan stay with them i love all their work and i will continue to listen to them for as long as they exist In Flames was the band i PvP´d with when playing WoW with my warrior in classic WoW at lvl 60 days always when killing allies i did it together with In Flames <3

Another Post about what happend

so…the last post i wrote was on friday, so now i got many days to tell about

on Saturday i slept until 09.12 and had plenty of time to get ready for Class at 10.00, but even tho i woke up early i got there 5 minutes too late :/ but none noticed because i was NOT the onlyone coming late. on saturdays we have class from 10.00-14.00 and they can be about anything and with anything, for example it can be a famous artis coming to play for us or some locals talking about what they do etc etc,so this saturday we had about humans rights or something, it was intressing at first but with only talking and Continious computer errors when we were watching a movie clip about a woman with downs syndrome, it got alittle boring and i quickly saw a few people fall asleep and so did almost i.

so after fighting my way thru the seminar,it was time for dinner and i fell asleep and came 30 minutes too late so i barely made it lucky me because 5 more minutes and it would have been gone haha. after dinner we had free time until 17.00 when alot of fun games would start, it was alot of games and competitions in the snow and outside. and at 20.00 it was BBQ outside on a big place with snow benches and hot fireplaces wich the sports class made while the other students was at the seminar -.-

then later me and a friend went and  played some PS3 together and was messing around on chatroulette  you see alot of crazy and messed of stuff there haha, but you can find some cool ppl to talk to sometimes. for those that dont know what chatroulette is all about, it is a chat site that works like this, you are randomly connect to some strangers and then you can mostly do whatever you want 0.o sometimes it can be up to 50.000 people online at the same time, so who knows who you will meet.

sunday was nothing more than a day to rest and relax on, i woke up at 11.30 around there, then i was watching some movies, first i saw *Liar Liar* and *Funny People* and for last *Dumb and Dumber* then i played some chess with my chess buddy we play chess almost everyday, and yes then later on the evening i played on WoW private server -.- but damn its cool i am a gm there now so i can basicly do whatever i want and i get to kick people that is bug abusing or hacking or just for being assholes.

And this week we had vegetarian week on cooking class, so on monday we made rawcooked potatoes (was very good!) and made small pancakes, on thuesday we had vegetarian hamburgers.. and fried bananas/w chokolate and ice cream, today we made veggie lasagna and cakes for the fake wedding next saturday.

and as usually im now in media class writing about not so importand stuff tomorrow is going to be fun, i am going to an interview tomorrow and then we have to clean our rooms, later it is chess will be cool to see what will happen there haha.

so yeah..that was basicly what happened this weekend and this week, i could have written more about each day but it would have been to much info hehe -.-

Yesterday…

Well…im not usaly such a good writer, so i dont know what i am really gonna write here..but i give it a try. Yesterday i made a Poll about WoW, if i should quit or continue playing. i got a few votes and im happy so many voted i will keep up up and watch the Poll get more votes,then we will see what will happen

anyway, after i was done with my school hours, it was time for extra extra class, different stuff to do example fitness,documentary movies, chess etc etc. i am at the moment attending the chess classes because i find chess to be a very cool and stressing game at the same time and i like that

my chess teacher made an special deal with all the students at the chess class,that if we beat him Within the chess class, we will get a T-shirt were it will say that we beat him in chess, and ofc a Picture that i am so proud to be the creator of and i was also the FIRST person to beat him in the chess class and therfor be the first proud owner of an Beautiful FREE T-shirt hehe. that was about 6 weeks ago, and yesterday Nr 3 beat him, she was going to do it sooner or later, she have had the potential a long time. so all good things comes in 3´s, ofc my teacher wasnt so happy tho but he took it like a man haha. im not sure that it will be so much more T-shirts there tho, but i see potential in some, but my chess teachear is very good at Mind games and he knows how to get into your head and screw with it. He did that to me alot last year, but this year i have managed to contain myself abit, so i am getting there he also knows what buttons to push to make me stressed -.- but that aswell i am learning to prevent.

after we were done with chess it was time for food,  i sat down at same table with the girls that talk about anything… there was some interessing conversations there yes, but i am sure my friend Adrian CS will write something about that i will have to read his blogg later for review hehe.

After i was done eating, i borrowed my wonderfull hard drive at 1000GB with about 400 movies on it to a friend so she could get some new movies to watch hehe, after that i went to play some Counter strike with our Media class assistant, i think we are about the same on CS, so it usaly end up Draw and such hehe.

after that i signed on the Night list and went to my room, were i got updatet on facebook and (pssst! downloadet a movie) :s dont tell anyone and played some at Gladiatus.com pretty fun time consuming game, and then…….i played maybe 1 hour at WoW private servers -.- after i got DC*d a few times i logged off and turned on the movie Dante´s Peak  starring Pierce Brosnan, its about a Volcano erupting in a populated area etc.then i fell asleep without warning in the middle of the movie and i woke up at 5.20 AM and played some more onPrivate servers -.- then i went to sleep again at 7.00 am and woke up 30 min later to go to todays class. i came to morning gathering today and one of the teacher had some time to talk about Bruce springsteen,and then i went to Media and well…here i am writing what happened yesterday and what happened so far today.

so good morning from Adonis and now im off to read my friends blogg´s and see whats new

What to do, what to say

In the Classroom!

i am now sitting in the Media class, trying to figure out how to work my blogg and how to make it go like my teacher wants

been over 1 year now since i was last on a blogg, back in those days i knew how to fix and work a blogg, but now i dont remember anything haha. i must make some links to some other bloggs and add some vids or song etc, sounds easy but i dont remember how to make that happen -.-.

if i dont make it by the end of the class, im affraid my teacher will hit me again  i couldent operate my arm fully for a week the last time he abused me! well…i guess i gotta wrap this up because i see him coming this way and i really gotta get my blogg up and running before its too late….
